The MassHire CIWB is providing official notice of its intent to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purpose of selecting a qualified organization as the Operator/Service Provider of the Local One Stop Career Center for the Cape & Islands Workforce Area.

The CIWB is seeking proposals from experienced organizations to provide Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) services within the 22 communities within the region.

  • 12/13/24 – RFP Release and Public Notice Issued
  • 1/7/25 – Bidders Conference at 10 AM (Virtual Participation)
  • 1/17/25 – Letter of Intent by 5 PM
  • 1/24/25 – Written Question Deadline
  • 1/31/25 – Responses Issued to Written Question Deadline
  • 3/5/25 – Evaluation Committee Meets
  • 3/7/25 – Proposals Due
  • 3/28/25 – Proposal Presentations
  • 4/11/25 – Presentation of Recommendations to MassHire CIWB Board of Directors
  • 7/1/25 – New Contract

Q: Confirm that the Letter of Intent should be sent to Kara O’Donnell-Galvin?

Q: On page 27 of the RFP for the Career Center Operator Services under section Appendix 2: Budget, a Personnel Form 2 and Non-Personnel Form 3 are referenced. I cannot find these forms on your website. Could you please tell me where to find these forms?

I do have the two sheet budget form, one sheet of which is the Program Budget Narrative. On the Program Budget Narrative, there are categories for Personnel and Non-Personnel – not sure if that is where you want the information?

A: Yes, all personnel and non-personnel information should be included under the “Budget Summary” tab in the budget, found on our website next to the RFP.
